Matches to look forward to this weekend

Newcastle United v Tottenham Hotspurs

Many things have changed within the last week of International break in the Premier League. Newcastle finally being taken over by the Saudi Consortium finishing the decades long Mike Ashley regime which brough the Jordies to the street with celebrations for a new start for Newcastle. While the ownership has changed, the old management seems to be in the state of oblivion about their future. Steve Bruce will be the incharge of the team this weekend as the new board decides on the new future steps now with wealthy pockets.

Meanwhile in Tottenham seems to be coming out of a rough patch of results with a fragile win against Aston Villa. Nuno Esperito Santo would be expecting to keep the winning run up while giving the new Saudi owner a headache of relegation fight to worry about for Newcastle.

Juventus v Roma

After a slow start for Juventus with a run of draws, Allegri has turned the ship win against Chelsea and close fights in Serie A. Meanwhile Mourinho is facing a few fluctuations in results with Roma but shouldn’t be much of a headache already sitting in the top 4. Just on the grounds of big names Juventus and Roma match could be a big stepping stone for Mourinho as win would really make them a title contender with very little European games to look forward to.

Barcelona v Valencia

Ronald Koemann is in the heat of the moment. Struggling for results with 2 back to back losses against good teams, and signs of losing the dressing room Koemann has to get back to win games. Fractured relations with board seems to be quite clear from the outside, meanwhile Valencia are also struggling to find any good result domestically. Barcelona will have to latch on to this opportunity or else they will lose sight from the top 3 quite early in the session.
